I just recently moved to a Buick,Hummer,Saab Store when my franschise was purchased by this dealership.

Question
i have a 1996 Pontiac grand am v6 se it stalled out and now when i start it it runs for a few seconds then turns off while running the engine shakes the whole chaise there is oil and coolant what could have caused the problem.

Hi Jennifer:
Does it start and ie right out and then the security lamp on the dash start falshing? Or does it just die? if the security lamp comes on and is flashing there is an issue with the factory secuity system on the car. More then likley the ignition lock cyliner housing is bad. If it just starts and dies out no lamp it can be a lot of things like a fuel pump that has gon bad or it's misfiring so bad it will mopt stary running due to a bad set of spark plug wires or a bad ignition coil and or module... As for the oil/coolant you lot me on that part of the question. Was it leaking oil and coolant before this happend or just since? ? ? where is it lasking front rear left right side of the car???
