Question
HOW DO YOU CHANGE AN INNER TIE ROD END ON A TRANSPORT.  WHERE IS THE RACK LOCATED.  1994 TRANSPORT

Answer
rack is mounted to the engine sub frame, somewhat difficult to remove, if you do not have a special inner tie rod tool you will need to remove the rack from the van to replace it.  The inner tie rod is covered by a boot, you will need to remove the outer tie rod, then the boot to access it.
