Question
The problem just started 2 days ago where the screen has gone blank on the right side of my radio, and when I tapped  on the screen it got worse? can you help me?
I can call you anytime if you prefer.

Answer
Hi Carl:

this is a pretty common issue with those radio's. it needs a new one. we do not repair radios at the dealership. we order remanufactured ones from an AC Delco repair facility and install the replacemnet unit. usually they are around $250-$300 for a reman unit it depends on what options the radio has EG: cd changer or single cd player. once the radio is replaced the radio has to be programmed/set up to match the options in the car like if it's equipped with a monsoon speaker system with an equalizer etc.... Good luck :)
