Question The headlights on my transam work in that they illuminate and go down, but they do not go up. Is this a fixable or common problem? I was thinking if you knew how to fix it, or where to download a electrical diagram for this car that would be great.

I only have access on the web back to 1998. so I can't help you on the wiring diagarms. Are both headlamps stuck down? if so I would have ot say they relay for the motors is to blame and to why they will not open up. if one works and the othere does not I would say the issue is a bad headlamp actautor motor. good luck :)
