Question I have a 85 1/2 944. I just replaced a faulty clutch slave. when I went to bleed the clutch, the pedal goes to the floor and stays, and nothing but air comes from the hydraulic line. Brake pressure is still good. HELP ME!!Thanks in advance
Answer Having the rear of the car higher than the front helps.
Jack up rear of car, ie. ride up ramps.
As you are pressing the pedal down, have someone open the bleeder valve, and they should close the valve just before the pedal bottoms out. Do that a few times.
