Post Relational Databases - thermostability protein database

Expert: Charles Barouch - 11/19/2008

Question
hi
do you know any database which include wide range of thermostable protein?

regard

Answer
Not my normal area, but I do work with Bio-informatics, so here's my advice:

Contact the Semantic Web Meetup group <http://semweb.meetup.com/25/> and ask them about bio-informatic databases. If anyone will know where a (free or fee) database of that sort might be found, these are the folks. They have a sister organization in Boston and in San Fransisco as well.
