If your pig does not have a health condition such as parasites, lice, mites etc then you could be over bathing them, or caused by the bedding they are sleeping in or they could just need baby lotion or baby oil. Make sure they do not spend a lot of time in the sun if they are freshly oiled up. The Royal Dandy products mentioned by Patty are only sold by that pig breeder who has poor breeding and raising practices, many complaints all over the internet and I would research them before taking their advice or purchasing their homemade products.
