Question we have a 10 month old male pot belly pig. About 2 to 3 months age he started mounting everything he could. I have read recently that we should neuter him. will this fix his mounting problem or is he getting to old?
Answer I admire you for living with a boar!
They are tenacious hormone driven animals that will mount anything or anyone.
Good news, neutering at any age will TOTALLY take away the obnoxious behavior and smell.
Do it now, it will have to be done by a vet.
You will be amazed at the personality change.
Good luck,
Priscilla Valentine
