Pot Bellied Pigs/mini pig

Question
I have a 11 day old mini pig she still has her teeth and tail hasn't been cropped can this still be done?

Answer
Neither needs to be done, and, in fact, should not be done.

Factory farmed pigs often have their tails cropped only because they are trapped in overcrowded, unsanitary conditions.

Pigs have three sets of teeth, and are born with the first set. Again, because they are kept in terrible conditions, factory farms often remove these first teeth.

Your piggy will be just fine with her teeth and tail. She will need to be spayed, tho. There is a list of veterinarians that see pet pigs at www.farec.org
