About Don Schullian Expertise I`ve worked with PowerBASIC`s DOS compiler and console compiler since both were brand new. While I may not be able to answer 100% of all questions I will, at least, know where the answer can be found.
Experience I've been programming professionally for about 15 years and 99.9% of it has been with one PowerBASIC or the other.
I have a question, I have a laptop that is only 5 months old and is still under warranty. But I would like to know before I take it in what could the problem be.
In order to turn on the laptop, I have to plug it into the power supply and then I can unplug it and use the battery. The battery says it is fully charged to boot. I just dont understand why I have to only use the household power to get it running.
Its a Toshiba Microsoft Windows XP
Any suggestions whats wrong?

Answer Sorry for taking so long. I've been trying to answer your question for days now, but something is going wrong each time I try.
Anyhow, you need to contact the people you bought it from. If they can't help you directly they can help you get in touch with the closest Toshiba rep/service people. Baring that you can contact Toshiba on the web. There may be a simple fix for the problem on their site.
