Many PCUSA churches who still believe the Bible is authoritative have left the denomination for either the ECO or EPC Presbyterian churches.  ECO is fairly new and certainly was not around in 2009 but is growing quickly.  The PCUSA has changed the Book of Order so that there is no longer a set standard for ordination of pastors which means that each church can ordain pretty much whoever they choose.  The last two General Assemblies have sealed the deal.  PCUSA has decided anything goes and that all lifestyles are okay to practice.
