QUESTION: I haven't a question....but rather some information for you to check out.  I noticed that in one of your earlier responses to a question concerning Elvis' supposed death that you were in error.  

As stated in the subject line, I have been personal friends with Elvis (Jesse) for 17 years.  I have been active in the "Elvis is alive" arena for 21 years.  So, please check it out before you dismiss me.  

I know that your knee jerk reaction is to slam back in my face that you KNOW EVERYTHING.  Please visit my web site and read all of my written words which are backed up and documented...check my You Tube videos for documentation.

Just remember to take the time and have an open mind "Just in case I am right".

Thanks for writing.  

As to the quote you provided ("To dismiss something without an investigation of the evidence is the height of ignorance."), I am assuming you are implying that I jump to conclusions without investigating.  You would be very wrong.  I have been investigating, researching, and analyzing the "alive" claims for many years, and I know enough to reach the conclusions that I have reached.

I've read everything on your website before.  You document nothing, and your theorizing and explanations border on farce.

I have investigated Elvis's death more than most people, I have spoken with the people who were there, and I have read contemporaneous documentation relating to the death and autopsy.  The people I have spoken with...they are not Elvis's friends and family, but the non-biased parties, and the evidence to support the fact that Elvis Presley died on August 16, 1977, is indisputable.

I don't know everything...and I have never claimed that I do.  But I know that Elvis Presley is deceased.  You have no evidence otherwise.  You obviously contacted me today to convince me that Elvis is alive, and that you and he are friends.  My e-mail address is mortis4@aol.com...send me the evidence.  I challenge you:  Prove your claim.

I know that my mere words are not going to enlighten you.  If you were to sit down with me here in my home and allow me to show you the letters, cards, gifts, etc. which Elvis has given me over the years...perhaps you would have enough of an open mind to realize that I am indeed telling the truth and that Jesse is Elvis.  Perhaps if you spoke with him over the phone as I have done countless times for 17 years, you would perhaps see a ray of light.

Mark my words, if you watch the actions of the Presleys currently, you will see that they are trying to "get away" before the truth comes out.  London is not far enough away to escape the fallout.

Did you read every word on my web site?  Did you watch the accompanying You Tube videos?  How do explain away the fact that Joe Esposito spoke these exact words in June 1990:  "...and that is how ELVIS FEELS about this situation"?  How do you dismiss the pool house door photo?

Have you had the handwriting of Jesse on my web site analyzed to prove or disprove that the handwriting by Jesse is one and the same with Elvis as has been documented by the Attorney General of Missouri by a court recognized graphologists whose determination has been accepted in criminal cases in courts of law for over 10 years?

How do you off handedly dismiss the DNA documentation which Eliza Presley has which confirms that Jesse and Elvis are the same person and that he is related to Elvis' first cousins on both the Presley and the Smith side of the family?

I will take no more of your time...please forgive my intrusion into your day.

Thanks for your response.  As I expected, you can provide no evidence.  The "evidence" you do cite is not evidence at all, and I'd be glad to explain to you why, should you be interested.  You have my e-mail address.

If Alice's DNA evidence is the DNA data included in her Petition for Paternity, her case will not proceed, and I suspect she knows this.

I would respectfully observe that your response is typical of those who claim Elvis is alive:  you make the claim, provide no evidence (actual evidence, not what you claim to be evidence, and there is a huge difference), and then when challenged, you seem to be offended.  The burden of proof is on those making a claim like this; the burden of proof is not on me, and yet you ask me to disprove your alleged evidence.  That's not how it works.  YOU provide the evidence that proves Elvis Presley is alive.  What you cite here proves nothing.

I would also ask, if you cannot provide the evidence to prove your claim, why do you make the claim in the first place?

As I said, you have my e-mail address, and if you ever get the evidence to back up your claim, I'd be glad to consider it.  I would also be glad to point out the many flaws in your reasoning and in your conclusions.
