Is it true that Elvis had a mediocre singing voice and as a result they used voice overs?
I can say with 100 percent certainty that is a no. He is still the top singer over all and has a tremendous voice,no voice over needed. Thanks for the question Jeff, enjoy your weekend! A 9 ? That answer is 100 percent correct, you lowered my score for nothing, I am right, anyone knows that.
