Question
hello, can bet this is a hard one for you? did Elvis ever met fabian, paul anka, bobby rydell, and what were his thoughs  about them?
pepin ortega
guatemala c.a.

Answer
In 1969 Elvis gave a private concert, it was held on July 31. Only the press and celebrity guests were invited on the night before Presley's opening show at the Las Vegas International Hotel. Wayne Newton, Dick Clark, Petula Clark,PAUL ANKA, Angie Dickinson and Burt Bacharach were among those invited. As far as Fabian, yes, Elvis was dating a lady and was dumped for Fabian, later, Elvis went on to become a huge star as we all know:)As far as Bobby Rydell, there is no mention in my books on the two ever meeting, however the 3 you ask about were inspired by Elvis and Elvis helped their careers just by being himself. If you ask some celebrities how they feel or felt about another, they will, and have, tell you and trust me it is not always good. But in Elvis's case, he never spoke about how he felt about them, I have never read where he was even asked. He was a gentleman first, entertainer second. Thats what adds to his charm and the love people have for Elvis, he was genuine. I could site a few that have said rotten things about him, but I won't. Skinny, over-weight, didn't matter, Elvis was and will always be loved, for the main reason...he was himself. You did get me, was a hard question, very good, had to pull some books on this one:) Hope you have a wonderful week, and if I helped you n any way maybe you could rate me? Only if yu wish, just popped in here to see if anyone had questions they needed answers to. Feel free to ask me anything at all, if I don't know the answer off the top of my head, I will research it and give you the answer:)
