Question Hi-
I have several questions:
My dad and his wife want to go on an Alskan cruise.
A) When is the best time to go?
B) When is the cheapest time to go?
C) I found "Vacations to Go" on the web and they appeared to have significant discounts. Do you know if they are reputable? Or do you have other suggestions for getting the best deal.
D) My dad is on oxygen 24/7. Can Cruise ships handle this? How about traveling by air with connections?

The best time to go to Alaska is a matter of preference. Most cruises operate May - September. I have found July and August to be warmer than the other months. However, your best prices are generally May/June and September.
As far as oxygen is concerned, your best bet is to ask the cruise line and iarline of choice directly.
Your other questions are outside my area of expertise and I wouldn't want to hazzard a guess.
