Question
My printer (Canon MP830) worked fine until few days ago, when it started going thru all the sounds and motions of printing/copying, but page comes out blank. See NO error message. I have replaced 2 cartridges which were close to empty, also performed nozzle check; cleaning (2x); and deep cleaning. Nozzle pattern still shows NO lines for pattern (1)PGPK, but is perfect color for part (2) C,C,M,M,BK.  Have also turned printer off/on to reboot.

as a tech here is how I would handle it...

1.  replace all cartridges...

if issue remains...

2.  run cleaning

if issue remains...

if issue remains...

call a proffessional repair shop and ask them how much it would cost to replace purge unit and tubes and purge pad...

if its too expensive to repair then replace the whole unit...
