Question I have inherited my sisters Dell computer and the above-mentioned printer. I try to print and the print is very faint if at all present and it seems as if only blue will print, no other color. The level indicator says they are 99% full. I have tried cleaning etc. No luck. Any suggestions are appreciated.

The problem could be that the printer cartridges may be full of dried up ink. If you run them in this way they can burn out much like a light bulb. I suggest acquiring new cartridges. Cartridges do have a shelf life and these may have surpassed their life span.
