Printers - Epson 760 printer

Question
I can't change to new ink cartidges in my Epson 760 because the track won't move the cartridge cases to the left so I can open them. The track shot the cases along very fast and returned them too quickly the first couple of times and now won't move at all.
I've had this printer a couple of years and always changed the ink cartidges without a problem before.

Answer
Hello Maryilin,
There should be a white lever at the bottom left side of the cartridge carriage. Click on the lever and it should allow you to slide the cartridge carriage over. Then what you need to do is slide it back into place and the use the lever to lock it in place. Turn off the printer.

Then turn on the printer while the printer is on unplug from the power source for 70 seconds. This will remove any errors the printer registered. Plug it back into the power.
Now install as usual.
