Question I purchased color ink cartridges fron Nu-kote for my Lexmark Z55 printer and once installed will not align or print with any color. What can I do to solve this problem?
Answer First do not buy remanned cartridges 50 percent of the time they do not work. Return them and buy real Lexmark cartridges. If you wish to save money refill with a dye based ink yourself. Do not allow a kiosk refill the cartridges because again failures will be high. Refilling requires the cartridge to be refilled as soon as it shows signs of running out of ink. Any delay lessens the chance of success.
On Lexmark it is best to refill often before for running out of ink for best results. In otherwords refill once a week.
