Printers - PSC-500

Expert: Rundletech - 9/26/2006

Question
I have a HP PSC-500, which works well on 8.5x11 paper of any kind. But all of a sudden it will not recognize any other size (legal, envelopes, etc.)

I have re-installed it, and also have checked all the settings I can find. To no avail.

I need to use both legal and letter size, and address envelopes.

Can you help me? Hope so.

Thanks

Frank

Answer
Go to http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?product=58710&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&subm...

Then use the contact HP support feature and inform them of your problem. I checked there is nothing on their online support to fix this problem. So by contacting them they should be able to tell you how to fix the problem.

Be sure that you are using paper media that meets the specifications of your printer or else it will not be recognized. If you have media that meets the requirements then contact HP with the problem.
