Printers - Printing Only 1 page

Question
We're trying to print multiple copies and only one page comes out.  We're printing to a Brother MFC-3240C using a Windows XP Operating System.  Another guy in the office has the same printer and he can print multiple pages with no problem.  Incidentally, when I print to his machine via the network, I still only get one page, no matter how many copies I tell it to print.  We're using a USB connection and I have updated all of the drivers and firmware.  Another computer that is connected to this printer via the network has the same problem, it will only print one page, regardless of how many copies you tell it to print.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
This would tell me there is a problem with the driver being used on a network. Brother should have a patch file for this problem. I strongly suggest that you contact their technical support for a fix.
The thing is that the host computer is fine yet the network computers are not finding the feature that is allowed on the host. Indicating a problem with the driver for network purposes.
