Question I have a Lexmark Z25 printer which uses the 10N0026 ink Cartridge. Normally I use the Lexmark ink cartridge but, for a change, I ordered a Nu-kote RF273 Tricolor Ink Jet Cartridge (Replaces 10N0026). I know for certain that this is used for the Z25. However, after installing the cartridge, it only prints everything in blue only - whether a picture or document, etc... Why is this so?
Answer Well Chris, Remanned cartridges have a high failure rate and I guess you just found that out. If you wish to save money it is best to refill the cartridges with a dye based type ink. Refill immediately when the first sign of running out or refill often before running out of ink.
