Question the network cable or network card is in good condition the printer error in the display area that was port00000 ,I dont know this is comes after the 2000 prints so iwant to change the setting which is done by the printer repairer so please help me for the setting with detail our printer is canon ir16000-2000 laser printer

Usually eroors like this particular one is a communication error.
1) If the error is occuring while on another computer then it is a network problem.
2) If the error is resident on the computer that the printer is hooked too. Then the error is with the communication of the host computer. Check driver!
3) If the printer is hooked up directly to the network then the problem is a driver error requires updated driver.
These are the only possiblities other then the printer has an internal fault which would require a technicain to repair it.
