Question 3840 series, s/n TH4A515027, C9037A. It was working yesterday got up this morning to print application and it would't print at all, what do I do or what can I do for it to print again?
Answer Some times they erro out and records this to the pinrters motherboard. To remove the error you simply unplug the power while the print is turned on. Leave it unplugged for 70 seconds. Then plug it in and it should remove the error situation. If this fails there may be a problem with the printers motherboard and will need servicing.
