And or hospitalizations and/or psychiatric inpatient or outpatient counseling, treatment or being prescribed psychotropic drugs?
how can this info be obtained?
Answer Your question is very confusing but I will try my best to answer it. I can definitively tell you that with all of the new privacy legislation in place, you will not be able to see someone's medical information without their permission. This aspect also relates to social security. No one can access this information regardless of whether they have a social security number or not.
