Sir, Good afternoon!

I misplaced my diploma, i graduated from PSI Institute of Silver Springs Maryland,in 1991. The college no longer desist,and i need to locate my transcripts. I would appreciate it if you could assist me. Thank you.

Closed private schools are often difficult to deal with. I would try the post office for a forwarding address to start with. I would also try the local government and the MD department of education.

You might also try the Maryland state archives. Ask them about the records for the school. I found it on their web site, http://guide.mdarchives.state.md.us/unit_list.cfm?mode=view&series=T1748&ID=118&... .
