Pro Basketball - Michael Jordan basketball card values

Expert: Clint Lewey - 9/27/2009

Question
1997 NBA All Star Upper Deck Michael Jordan Excellence signed by him with 18 kt gold in plastic case.  Limited edition of 1000 with certificate of authenticity.  I also have several Michael Jordan Upper Deck Greater Heights GH series cards.  What is the value of these cards?  Thank you for your help.

Answer
This is tough because I don't have a beckett, but what I do sometimes is go to ebay to get a rough idea as to how much something is worth. You will need the card number on the back. For example, it may have a number on the back. Then, find the correct year of the card. I'm sure it's on ebay because it is an Upper Deck card and it's MJ. If it's actually signed, gold plated and in great shape, there is no telling, possibly in the $500+ range, I don't know for sure tho. I hope it's worth a million! Lemme know if you find out. Again, check out ebay or get a new beckett from a local magazine rack. You could also call a local sports card store. Good Luck! Clint
