About Dave Wolf
Expertise
Hi everyone. I am 32 years old, and have been a wrestling fan ever since I can remember. My earliest memories of pro wrestling come from the old AWA back in the early 1980's. At the time, the AWA was the only wrestling I got on TV, but that soon expanded to the WWF(WWE)and NWA(WCW), and even World Class Championship Wrestling for a while. I feel I have a good knowledge of wrestling and can help you out with pretty much any question you have. If I don't know the answer off hand, I am not afraid to do a little research, whether it be through the internet, or from other various personal resources I have. I am proud of the fact that I have now broken the 1000 answers barrier, which is the most in this category. I generally check my email several times a day, so any question asked is usually answered within 24 hours, or much sooner. The only exception to this might be the weekends, where I may take a little longer to get back to you. ****Due to the number of questions I get regarding pro wrestling schools and getting into wrestling, I am no longer answering questions related to these subjects. There are times when I've gotten the same question asked 4 or 5 times in one day. It's not that they're bad questions, but from my end, it just gets old answering the same question over and over again. Instead, please see some of my previous answers, or you can ask another expert on the site***

Experience
I don't have any first hand experience in the world of pro wrestling, but I have been a fan for as long as I can remember, and spend a lot of time reading up on the subject, whether it be from magazines, books, dirt sheets, or websites.

Education/Credentials
None, really. Just a long time fan.

Answer
Hi Billy.  Thanks for the question.

1.  HBK:  I could see him getting one last run with the title.  However, he's said in the past that he doesn't want the title, since he doesn't work a full house show schedule, and it's important in promoting those events that the champion will be there.

Mysterio:  Possibly, but I doubt it.  He's kind of ruffled some feathers with WWE management after he failed a Wellness exam, and then criticized WWE's testing policy.  Also, his size hurts him.  Vince McMahon has always favored taller, muscular wrestlers, and a lot of fans have a hard time taking Mysterio seriously when he wrestlers the bigger guys.

Big Show:  I doubt it.  He's over with the crowd, but he's not really a guy who's going to sell a lot of PPV's.

Jericho:  Yes.  Other then Randy Orton, I think he's the top heel in the company right now.  He's a great wrestler, and he's great on the mic.  I would be surprised if he doesn't get another shot.

Rhodes:  Too early to tell.  He's come a long way, but we'll have to see if he has what it takes as a singles wrestler.  He's over as part of Legacy, but being on his own might be a different story.

2.  Well, I'm not in the lockeroom, so I will have to speculate on this, lol.

From what I've heard, Batista is the biggest pain.  Supposedly, he's full of himself, and has a major attitude.  He's been rude to other wrestlers in the past, including making inappropriate comments to Diva's.  I've also heard he isn't exactly the most friendly guy when it comes to dealing with the fans.

I've heard The Undertaker is a lockeroom leader, and is willing to help out anyone.  He's definitely well respected among his peers.

3.  Any year now, I'm guessing.  I think it all depends on his schedule, and whether he's willing to make an appearance or not.

4.  Yes to all of them.

Kane has been around a long time, and has one of the best gimmicks ever.

Cena's run the past few years speaks for itself.

Edge is one of the best heels in the business, and he's pretty much done it all.

Mysterio is one of the best cruiserweights ever, and one of the most successful in WWE.

The Hardy's as a tag team should get in alone.  I think Jeff would make it as a singles wrestler, with Matt maybe on the bubble.  However, I would take Matt over some of the current Hall of Famers.

Thanks again for the question.  Let me know if you have anything else.

Have a great day!

Dave
