These women are professional entertainers.... how could you think they would stoop to having plastic surgery... LOLOLOL...sorry... I couldn't say that without cracking up...

I have no idea for certain, as I am in no position to prove anything, but, for the most part, I'd have to say "YES!!" Vince likes to sell product, and, to sell product, you have to attract buyers... nothing attracts male buyers better than hot women.... and if the MAN thinks they need boob jobs, I would think they would get them done, quickly...
