I believe this girl is in love with you but is afraid to be, but i dont know why, maybe josh has told her that he loves her but she doesn't love him. Maybe she loves you but feels by amitting it she will lose you somehow so insead of telling you how she feels she would rather push you away but doesn't know how this is affecting you so my advice is to tell her how you feel about her and hope for the best and if she still wont amit to it you must tell her that you will always be her friend no matter what and ask her to go to the doctors with you before you tell her then that way so will be there with you.AND good luck i hope she is your true love.
