AboutSteve Expertise Expert knowledge in AOL versions 5.0, 6.0, and currently using 7.0, 9.0, if there is a problem within any area i can usually come up with a fix or know where to get it.
Experience Have been an AOL member for almost 10 years and have suffered thru some of the problems that come up daily.

Question I CANT CONNECT TO AOL BECAUSE OF THIS ERROR. I DONT HAVE AN AOL CD ROM TO LOAD TO FIX IT, HOW CAN I FIX IT WITHOUT A CD ROM?

can you at least connect to the internet?????? if you can you can then uninstall AOL, then clear cache, clear history, delete temp files...then reboot and reinstall AOL from online..please let me know so we can figure if that will or will not work
