AboutSteve Expertise Expert knowledge in AOL versions 5.0, 6.0, and currently using 7.0, 9.0, if there is a problem within any area i can usually come up with a fix or know where to get it.
Experience Have been an AOL member for almost 10 years and have suffered thru some of the problems that come up daily.

Question Why do you profess to be an expert at fixing AOL, when your answer is always the same. That is to use anything BUT AOL, beecause you don't like it! Hmm I assume you work for Yahoo or another ISP? I have used AOL for 11 years, and although new versions sometimes have quirks,all updates have them. AOL usually works out the quirks quickly! Experts have positive answers. EXPERT you are NOT!

i volunteer, non paid, try to help, and i am entitled to my opinion. If you look at the majority of the posts the last 6 months, the problems are with 9.0 and up. I have corrected many problems when they have gone from 9.0 to 7 or 8.0. If you do not agree with me that is your choice. I give my time because i like to, i do not see you doing anything but complaining!!!!!!
