QUESTION: Why do you profess to be an expert at fixing AOL, when your answer is always the same. That is to use anything BUT AOL, beecause you don't like it! Hmm I assume you work for Yahoo or another ISP? I have used AOL for 11 years, and although new versions sometimes have quirks,all updates have them. AOL usually works out the quirks quickly! Experts have positive answers. EXPERT you are NOT!

ANSWER: Dee,
i volunteer, non paid, try to help, and i am entitled to my opinion. If you look at the majority of the posts the last 6 months, the problems are with 9.0 and up. I have corrected many problems when they have gone from 9.0 to 7 or 8.0. If you do not agree with me that is your choice. I give my time because i like to, i do not see you doing anything but complaining!!!!!!

QUESTION: I am not complaining! Just stating my opinion! :) As a matter of fact, I like AOL and have no complaints. Usually when someone does a free job like giving advice, it is to feel in control. You don't use AOL, (by your own admittance) so how can you know how to fix it? Oh well. To each his own, and basically, I am nosy! :)

It is true i do not use it, but have 2 versions on separate computers specifically for trying to duplicate problems. I like AOL 7 and 8, but i found many problems with 9 myself, so that is also a problem for me. I am sorry i am not supporting all versions but like you i am also entitled to my opinion, maybe you would like to sign up to offer free support to others here :)
