Question I've been an AOL member for over 10 yrs and someone recently hacked into my screen name, changing everything and making it into a porn site. I've written two letters to AOL's Community Action Team with no response after two weeks. Does AOL ever contact their members for reinstatement?
Answer AOL used to sporadically answer questions, last 2 years it is next to impossible. Don't know what to tell you but i would just look for a new provider and set up a new e-mail account. You could try 1 more try contacting them, but from what i have seen and experienced, it will be impossible to get a response, sorry i could not be more helpful
