Question
I too am having the aol tool message but I don't think I have the AOL software to reinstall - can it be downloaded from the AOL website?  I can't get AOL to run at all (except accessing AOL from Internet Explorer).

hi,
yes, do a search for the version of AOL you had and it can be run from the internet. I would recommend you use a different provider as AOL is just a bunch of problems and trouble. All i get are issues from the software and it is damaging everyones computer, if you decide to keep it good luck and if you decide to change congratulations.
