Experience Have been an AOL member for almost 10 years and have suffered thru some of the problems that come up daily.

Question I am currently using AOL 9.0 VR, and my system is running Vista. When I connect to AOL on this computer, I am booted off without warning. I looked at the error history and found the following error: PNH Sync: Time out, host is not responding. I do not have these problems with the other 2 computers, which are connected wirelessly. I have tried to uninstall and re-install AOL with similar results. Is there anything I can do?

Try clearing the cache, clear temp files, then uninstall AOL 9.0 vr, if you want to reinstall use the basic 9.0, but better yet, go back to 8.0, much better usuability, (even though i DO NOT recommend AOL!!! Re-boot, e-install AOL, and it should work!!! Good Luck!!
