AboutSteve Expertise Expert knowledge in AOL versions 5.0, 6.0, and currently using 7.0, 9.0, if there is a problem within any area i can usually come up with a fix or know where to get it.

Question I have the same problem as Mary. The topics on the Welcome screen have not changed for about a week. In the upper right hand of the screen the three topics and pictures have not changed. The rest of the screen seems to be alright. For instance the weather forcast changes each day. I read you answer to mary and I have no idea what you are talking about. For instance, what is a chacque, How do I delete it?Also why does aol not offer professional advice when I have a problem with the service you provide?
Answer what do you mean you have a problem with the service i provide????? Sorry i do not know what a chacque is ????? And AOL NEVER PROVIDING QUALITY TECH SUPPORT.....I do not know what you are looking for but i am sorry i cannot help you. Please be more specific, and if you still want an answer from em, let me know if cleared the temp files, history, anything, or is this just a problem you htought might fix itself??
