AboutSteve Expertise Expert knowledge in AOL versions 5.0, 6.0, and currently using 7.0, 9.0, if there is a problem within any area i can usually come up with a fix or know where to get it.
Experience Have been an AOL member for almost 10 years and have suffered thru some of the problems that come up daily.

Question When the Welcome screen appears it has been the same for about a week. It does not refresh for daily news or anything else. I did talk with aol online and followed there advice, to no avail. Today I uninstalled 7.0 and reinstalled 7.0. Same problem. Help

if you have not done the following, try this.....clear cache, clear temp files and clear history...Now, uninstall the AOL, I know a real hassle...but sorry, i need to try this first...then re-boot and re-install...let me know how it goes. which version of windows do you have?????
