My wife has an existing AOL user name, but I cannot attach her user name to my sign-on list.  What must I do to add an existing user name to my sign-on list?

Hi Douglas,
From what you are telling me, clarify if the user name she has is from a different account. If that is the case you can't. The easiest solution would be for her to create a new user name on your account. Then go on yours as a guest with her old log in info, and e-mail everyone her new name, i know it is not what you wanted to hear but this is the easiest way.
