Problems using AOL/pulling up a file too large for AOL to open

Question
Hello Steve...hope you can help.  I access AOL thru my local phone company Verizon so that I can keep my AOL email account.  I created a file a few years back that stores all of my passwords.  I tried to access my "passwords" file today but got the response "The file is too large for AOL to open...try using another application."  What does this mean?  I've never had a problem accessing that file before.  Hope you can help!--Thanks...Randy

Answer
hi randy,
AOL has made sooo many changes to their product, it is almost impossible to figure out what the problem is...If you have a program that can zip the file then re-do what you tried, that may work...let me know and if a problem we can try and figure out something else. good luck!!
