AboutSteve Expertise Expert knowledge in AOL versions 5.0, 6.0, and currently using 7.0, 9.0, if there is a problem within any area i can usually come up with a fix or know where to get it.
Experience Have been an AOL member for almost 10 years and have suffered thru some of the problems that come up daily.
Education/Credentials Bachelor of Science in Business Admin with a minor in Accounting
Question For eight days now, having lots of problems trying to access AOL. Have had telephone help, live help, and putting a new Walmart CD-ROM in. Nothing helps. After telephone help, I get in, but the next evening or the next morning, it's a trial.
Have done all that has been suggested. The system makes me close down several times before I can access.
Also, the AOL System Information does not work and asks me to tell Microsoft. I have left a message there.

First do this. clear cache, clear temp files and history. Then Uninstall AOL. Re boot the computer, Download AOL form online, make sure you say yes to existing account, not create a new account. follow thru and let me know if this works. Good luck
