AboutSteve Expertise Expert knowledge in AOL versions 5.0, 6.0, and currently using 7.0, 9.0, if there is a problem within any area i can usually come up with a fix or know where to get it.

Question Hi. I've been unable to access AOL mail for the past 2 days. I've tried on both my home and work computers -- neither will work. I just tired from work and got a message the url could not be found. Is AOL having some kind of problems? Is there an alternate way to access mail? My AOL e-mail address is vickieldixon@aol.com.

Answer Hi,
To just get the e-mail try www.aol.com if you can get in then there is nothing wrong with you e-mail address. If that is the case, clear the cache, delete temp files, clear history, and re-boot..if you still cannot log on, you may have to uninstall and re-install...good luck and let me know how it goes.
