AboutSteve Expertise Expert knowledge in AOL versions 5.0, 6.0, and currently using 7.0, 9.0, if there is a problem within any area i can usually come up with a fix or know where to get it.
Experience Have been an AOL member for almost 10 years and have suffered thru some of the problems that come up daily.

Question I am unable to open a lot of files using AOL. Each time I get the "file is too large to open using AOL." I'm not sure what to do. I am not very computer literate.

do you use any other service other then AOL??? If you have a Yahoo e-mail address, try forwarding to that then open. Or if you have a zip program, zip it then open from computer. Please let me know if you need any more help..good luck!!
