Problems using AOL/can't open file with aol

Question
I am unable to open a lot of files using AOL. Each time I get the "file is too large to open using AOL." I'm not sure what to do. I am not very computer literate.

do you use any other service other then AOL??? If you have a Yahoo e-mail address, try forwarding to that then open. Or if you have a zip program, zip it then open from computer. Please let me know if you need any more help..good luck!!
