Question How can I get a Salvage/Rebuildable Title on a car? It is a '92 MR2. The front right part of the fender is wrecked and it only has a Salvage/Destruction Title and it still runs great!

You need to contact your local tag office. They may require the former owner to sign the title over to you. You will be required to get an inspection before they issue a tag and title.
