Question
I submitted a claim on 1/19/09 to Liberty Mutual, my home collapsed and over the phone the adjuster denied my claim so I called the insurance commissioner in my state(Delaware), 3 weeks later I recieved a letter stating that Liberty Mutual will cover the claim 100%. The nightmare begins. I had to move out of my home because it wasnt safe and the adjuster never came to look at the damage until May(4 months Later), he never took a picture or walked around my home. We have since gotten a contractor to get en estimate since the insurance comapnies contractors (3 total) never showed up. The insuarance comapany has since ordered and paid my copntractor to take the house down which he did and now my claim has changed hands to another adjuster, draggin thier feet not returning our calls, it's been 8 months and my house is gone, I just want it done, help.
