Can Apartment / Bungalow property owners claim their Insurance on occurrence of earthquake ?.

Do General Insurance policies provided by Public or Private limited cos cover insurance coverage for natural disaster such as Earthquake ?.

It varies.  Earthquake can be included in some policies as a covered cause of loss but is normally excluded from all policies (along with flood).  Usually carriers can endorse (add back) coverage but you need to speak with your agent or broker to confirm.
