Psychiatry & Psychology--General/Confused

I am a 38-year-old stay-at-home mother with 3 young kids.  I had been diagnosed with major depression, ADD, GAD and bipolar ll.  I'm a parent of a child with ADHD and GAD.  My support-system totals 2, my husband and my mother-in-law, but they both work long hours.  I am on Effexor 300mg a day but its giving me migranes and other uncomfortable side effects, like steadily gaining weight ( my BMI is 31). Also have high cholesterol.  I'm also on Ritalin SR 20 mg a day.
I'm confused on my diagnosis, and very worried about my weight, would going to an endocrinologist or a naturopath help???  Thank you

Better would be that you follow with your general medical doctor (family physician, internist) and add a nutritionist (which may be covered by insurance depending on your plan, your weight and with a recommendation from your general medical doctor).  If you are confused with your diagnosis, I would put these questions specifically to your psychiatrist.
