Question
how can i get rid of my unwanted tics and body movements. it's embaressing and time consuming?
thanks,
sanam

Answer
You will need to consult with a nerologist or a psychiatrist who should start you on some medication to tone the tics down.  The exact drug to use will be up to your doctor.  If you need to get a referral from your primary care physician then do so.  There are some medications available but you need to see a psychiatrist to have him or her prescribe them to you.
