Question
hi

I have been having this problem for a while now. I fear the thought of dying, moreover this thought has engulfed my life. I fear i may die
soon and of anything. Is it a premonition?? or maybe i am inclined towards the thought, who knows?

I do my health check ups regularly, however whenever i am ill or have cold, i feel i will have the extreme of it and die, for example i had a clear chest-xray,but i feel i have something bad.

The feeling that i am gonna die soon, however  has no foundation.

My life is "f@@@kd"(sorry for using this) up......please help.....

I cant concentrate and the thought i wil die soon is just TOO
bothering........and come up now and then.....

Is it a mental problem?

BASICALLY I FEEL, that i would be alive for a short time.

God bless you!

Thanx

Answer
You may have a lot of stressors in your life that is making you focus on your health.  It is highly unlikely that you will die from the minor everyday illnesses you describe.  You may benefit from making an appoitment to see a psychologist or psychiatrist if this is interfering with your life to the point that it occupies your mind throughout your day.  If not then I suggest you become involved in as many actvities or hobbies as you can to take your mind off of yourself.  Feeling that every ailment is life threatening is a way of looking inward at oneself while ignoring the rest of the world and others around you.  You may need to spend a lot of your time in activities to help reduce stress in your life .  If you think about what events in your current life situation that may be things you are avoiding and try to prioritize them and try your best to solve one thing at a time you may find yourself less preoccupied with your health.  It will also benefit you to just take a daily walk for at least an hour a day, not jog or run but walk in a safe area.
