Can you please tell me how many spirit guides I have and the best way of contacting them?

Hi George,
From what I sense from around you there are three spirit guides that you have the amount of guides a person has is determined by the life they are having or have had in the past. Three or more guides usually means that there has been tough decisions to make in life or that growing up from child to manhood was not always the easiest caused by things happening around you like situations and people.

There are many ways to contact ones guides. I was taught by one of my two guides how to call to attention of my second guide and I will share this knowledge with you.

This can either be done indoors or outside if you can get some time to yourself where you won't be interrupted. Sit on the floor or the ground, close your eyes and take a deep breath, like meditation start to breath in deeply through your mouth and out through your nose, try to get a steady beat with your breathing.

If your having difficulty with the steady beat and your breathing then put your first two finger of your right hand on neck about half way down and press your fingers on that spot from there you will be able to feel your pulse. At the first beat of your pulse breath in and then on the next beat breath out. This is an easier way of learning how to meditate and control your breathing for meditation exercises such as this one. The best way really for me to explain this is by explaining it by steps, like step one, step two etc.

Step 1: Find a place indoors or outdoors where you wont be disturbed for 20 to 25 minutes

Step 2: Sit down on the floor or on the ground and close your eyes

Step 3: Using the technique above start to breath deeply in through your nose out through your mouth. Using a slow but steady beat

Step 4: Clear your mind think of space the vastness of the universe and remember to keep breathing as before.

Step 5. From your mind think on the earth and think of a place it can be anything from a place you know or are familiar with, or you could think of a green field with deer, foxes, birds singing, mountains and a lake. Whatever makes you comfortable and don't forget to keep breathing.

Step 6: Once you have this place and can imagine yourself there in your mind call out to your guides and ask them to come and give you there names. Once you have their names you can repeat the process over and over again until you are comfortable with the communication between the three of you and you will probably find that you will be able to communicate with them without the meditation.

It's a process that can go as fast or as slow as you want it to go, its all up to you.

I will say that besides the three spirit guides that you have there is also a spirit who is around you at the moment. Its a male between 56 and 71 years old. He was a smoker in life and had a real raspy voice. The male was a bit of character but a lot of people thought that he looked very proud/strict/stern and that wasn't really what he was all about. It was like in life he felt that there was a time and place for things like emotions and such. Showing love was something that didn't come easy, he just didn't know how to show it. In a lot of ways he acted like someone that was military trained and that was were the strict/stern outer look came from. People in the family went to this person for advice and guidance and he always gave it blunt and straight up and was care for and respected so much for that. His death was sudden and the smoking caused some health problems that contributed to his death. There's like a drowning feeling with the lungs that makes me think that fluid in the lungs was a contributing factor but not the main cause of death. Like I said 'this man's death was very sudden and wasn't expected'. The feeling I am getting from him is that at some point he was a member of the family.

Sometimes I get names with spirits sometimes its there own name and sometimes its names of people within the family. There are three names that I feel from this spirit they are Georgie nickname I feel for (George) then there is Eddy(Edward), Willie(William). There something going on with you or someone in the immediate family that is concerning this man and he wants the family member or members concerned to not assume, jump to conclusions or make quick judgements over a particular situation that is happening. Wants the people involved to take a step back, calm down and take a calm look at the situation before making any decisions.
