birth year1981:hi,if it is possible could i get a reading please?how do i stop feeling this way,get bouts of depression(probably not the correct term-but dont know wat else to use),ashamed and disgusted of my past behaviour and things i did in the past through being drunk,or stupid.or both.how do i stop feelin so guilty and bad4doin those stupid things.i wish i cud go back and not do anythin in my past to make me feel like this in my present?i dont want my past to continue to affect my present and future in a negative way.thank you

Hi Sarah,
First of all thank you for contacting me, I know your looking for answers about the way you are feeling inside and why you often get very depressed about the way your life has been and is now at times. A psychic can't help you sort out why you are depressed or why you have low self-esteem, lack of confidence and generally don't like the person that is looking back at you in the mirror. Only a doctor, psychologist, or counsellor can help you work through all the feelings and events in your life that have brought you to this point, they are the only ones that can help you through this. I don't have the qualifications or the training to help you in the way you need help, you can get through this, and you can get the help you need to make you feel better about life. You can recover from this with the right help, I'm just not the right help for you at this point.
